    Solution

    Let the length and breadth of the rectangle be '5x' cm and '4x' cm, respectively. ATQ; 2 × (4x + 5x) = 52 + 5x Or, 18x = 52 + 5x Or, 13x = 52 So, x = 4 So, required area = 4x × 5x = 20 × 42 = 320 cm2
