    Solution

    Circumference of a semi-circle = (π × radius) + (2 × radius) = {(22/7) + 2} × radius Or, (36/7)× radius = 108 Or, radius = 108 × (7/36) So, radius = 21 cm So, area of the circle with same radius = π × radius2 = (22/7) × 21 × 21 = 1386 cm2
