As sides are in ratio of 4:5:7 so perimeter of this triangle = 4K+ 5K+ 7K = 32 Or 16K = 32 or K = 2 So, sides are 8cm, 10 cm & 14 cm. Here s = semi perimeter = (8 + 10 + 14)/2 = 32/2 = 16 cm So area of this triangle = √(16 (16 - 8)(16 - 10)(16 - 14)) = √(16 × 8 × 6 × 2) = 16√6 cm 2
