The value of the property of Pooja = Rs. (x – 12) lacs
The value of the property of Ramesh = Rs. (x – 12 + 6) lacs
x + x – 12 + x – 6 = 198
3x – 18 = 198
3x = 198 + 18
3x = 216
x = Rs. 72 lacs
The value of the property of Ramesh = 72 – 6 = Rs. 66 lacs
