Total value of the property of Aman, Bina and Charu = 93 × 3 = Rs. 279 lacs
Let the value of the property of Bina = Rs. x lacs
The value of the property of Aman = Rs. (x – 27) lacs
The value of the property of Charu = Rs. (x – 27 + 9) lacs
x + x – 27 + x – 18 = 279
3x – 45 = 279
3x = 279 + 45
3x = 324
x = Rs. 108 lacs
