Total value of the property of Priya, Aanya and Raghav = 102 × 3 = Rs. 306 lacs
Let the value of the property of Aanya = Rs. x lacs
The value of the property of Priya = Rs. (x – 48) lacs
The value of the property of Raghav = Rs. (x – 48 + 24) lacs
x + x – 48 + x – 24 = 306
3x – 72 = 306
3x = 306 + 72
3x = 378
x = Rs. 126 lacs
