Solution
Sum of the 8 numbers = 50 × 8 = 400
New average = 50 + 3 = 53
Sum of 12 numbers = 53 × 12 = 636
Sum of new 4 numbers = 636 - 400 = 236
Required average = 236 ÷ 4 = 59
