Let present ages be:
Ravi = p
Manoj = q
(p + 4) + (q + 4) = 60
⇒ p + q = 52 ——— (i)
p - 12 = q - 12 - 10
⇒ p = q - 10 ——— (ii)
(q - 10) + q = 52
2q = 62
q = 31
Manoj's age in 3 years = 31 + 3 = 34 years
