    B 12 years Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
    C 7 years Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
    D 16 years Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
    E 10 years Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

    Solution

    If B’s age be x years, then A’s age be (x - 4) years. According to question, => (x – 4)/x = 5/7 => 7x – 28 = 5x => x = 14 Therefore A's age = 14 – 4 = 10 years
