In the following questions, the first and the last parts of the sentence are numbered 1 and 6. The rest of the sentence is split into four parts named, P, Q, R and S. Then it moves to another category of experience that is innovation. So P starts the same that states that sometime a few suppliers do not take new steps. Q then states the reason that why they do not take new steps and this is because they are afraid if they would fail. The sentence concludes with the emboldened part describing the cause of their fear of failure.
