    Constitution (73rd Amendment) Act, 1992 institutionalised the Panchayati Raj System in India. It came into force on 24th April 1993. On 24th April 2021 i.e. On National Panchayati Raj Day, the Prime Minister launched the distribution of e-property cards under the SVAMITVA Scheme.
