The SSC Junior Hindi Translator 2022 selection procedure consists of the following stages-

SSC JHT Online Exam
The SSC JHT exam pattern 2022 consists of two papers. The first paper ie - Paper 1 is a computer-based objective paper. The SSC JHT exam 2022 Paper 1 will have questions from General English and General Hindi. The total time limit will be of 2 hours. SSC JHT Paper 2 Exam Pattern
Based on the marks scored by you in Paper 1, you will be shortlisted for Paper 2. SSC JHT Paper 2 will be Descriptive in nature of 200 marks. This paper will have passages for translation. SSC JHT Document Verification
Once you clear the SSC JHT 2022 exam you will be called for document verification or DV. When called for document verification you need to bring the required documents in original and their photocopies. You need to bring two passport size colour photographs and one original valid Photo ID Proof while appearing for the SSC JHT 2022 DV.
SSC JHT Selection Process
The selection of a candidate to SSC JHT 2022 will take place in the following ways. If you are a general category candidate then you need to score 30% as a minimum qualifying marks in Paper 1 and Paper 2. For candidates belonging to OBC/ EWS, you must secure 25% and for Others, it is 20%. The final merit will be prepared on the basis of marks scored by you in Paper 1+Paper 2 and on successful completion of Document Verification. Allocation of Ministries will be done on your preference of Posts/ Departments filled during DV.
SSC JHT Marking Scheme
SSC JHT exam 2022 will have a negative marking. For every wrong answer that you attempt, there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks. Details on the SSC JHT marking scheme is given below.
