The selection process for the Office Attendant role involves a nationwide competitive Online Test followed by a Language Proficiency Test in the regional language. RBI Office Attendant 2024 Educational Criteria

While applying for the RBI Office Attendant Exam, you should first ensure that you possess the required educational qualifications in order to appear for the exam. RBI has mentioned a particular educational criteria in the official notification. As per the earlier notification, you will need to pass your 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) from the concerned State/UT. Please note that a candidate who has a graduate or higher degree may not be eligible to apply.

  • A candidate should have passed 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) from the concerned State/UT coming under the Regional Jurisdiction of the Recruiting Office to which he/she is applying. Such qualification should be from a recognized board of that State/UT.
  • Graduates and candidates possessing higher qualification are not eligible to apply.
  • A candidate belonging to Ex-servicemen category should have passed 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) and rendered at least 15 years of defence service, provided they have not graduated outside the Armed Forces.
  • Candidates applying to a recruiting office should be proficient in the language (i.e. know to read, write, speak and understand the language) of the state/UT falling under that office.

RBI Office Attendant 2024 Age Criteria

You need to fulfill the age criteria mentioned by RBI in order to fill in the application form for RBI Office Attendant. RBI Office Attendant Age Relaxation

There is a provision of age relaxation for some of the categories which gives an advantage to reserved category candidates. It is advised to all the candidates who wish to apply for the exam, to read the complete notification properly and then fill in the form. Please look at the table below for further details.

RBI Office Attendant 2024 Pre Exam Training Centres

Pre-examination training may be conducted by Reserve Bank of India for the candidates belonging to the reserved categories such as SC/ST/PwBD/OBC and EWS. Interested candidates will have to specify to avail this facility while filling the RBI Office Attendant 2024 On-Line Application. Please note that the RBI will not bear any expense of the candidate other than training which is free of cost. Yes, the RBI Office Attendant examination follows a marking scheme with negative marking. For each incorrect answer marked, a deduction of ¼ or 0.25 marks is applied, emphasizing the importance of accuracy during the examination.
In order to apply for RBI Office Attendant recruitment you must not be younger than 18 years and older than 25 years. Eligible candidates can opt for relaxation in age if you belong to a reserved category, as per the Government guidelines.
