Perks and Additional Benefits in LIC HFL
Appointed as an Assistant in LIC HFL you will be on probation of 6 months from the date of joining which can be extended for a maximum period of 6 months.
Appointed as a LIC HFL Assistant Manager you will undergo a training of 1 year as a Management Trainee from the date of joining. You will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs.25,000/- per month during this training period. Upon successful and satisfactory completion of the training period, you will be designated as an Assistant Manager.
