The BOI Credit Officer selection process 2024 is as follows:
- Online Written examination
- GD and Personal Interview
Online Exam
The BOI Credit Officer exam 2024 consists of five sections as mentioned below. Sectional timing has been allotted for each section. The English Language and Descriptive English section will be qualifying in nature. The marks obtained in the English Language section will not be included while preparing the final merit. Further details on the pattern of BOI Credit Officer exam is given below.

Interview
BOI Credit Officer selection process 2024 includes an Online Written Examination followed by a Group Discussion and Personal Interview. If you pass the Online Written Exam of the Bank of India Credit Officer, you will be called for the Personal Interview. The total marks allotted for the Interview are 60. The minimum qualifying marks is 40% if you belong to the General/EWS category and 35% if you belong to SC/ST/OBC/PWD.
Group Discussion (GD)
Bank of India will also conduct a Group Discussion for the candidates selected through the Online Written Exam at some selected centres. The total marks allotted for the GD are 40. For the General/EWS category, the minimum qualifying marks is 40%. On the other hand, the minimum qualifying marks for candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC/PWD category is 35%.
At the time of the Group Discussion, you are required to produce the following list of documents:
- Printout of the valid GD Call Letter
- Photo Identity Proof
- Valid system generated printout of the Online Application Form
Note: If you fail to produce the relevant eligibility documents you will not be allowed to appear for the GD/Interview. Moreover, no documents should be sent directly to the Bank before or after the GD/Interview.
Final Selection
The final selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of the marks obtained in the Online Exam, Personal Interview and Group Discussion. While preparing the final merit list, if the marks obtained by two or more candidates in the Online Exam are equal, the candidate securing higher marks in the Online Exam will be placed higher in the merit list. Furthermore, if the marks obtained in the Online Exam are also equal, the merit order will be decided as per the Date of Birth, i.e. candidate senior by age will be placed higher in the final merit list.
Marking Scheme
There is a penalty for every wrong answer marked by you in the Bank of India Credit Officer 2024 exam. However, if the question is left blank, i.e. no answer marked by you, then there will be no penalty for that question. Further details on the BOI Credit Officer marking scheme is mentioned below.

Exam Language
Except for the test of English Language and Descriptive English paper, other sections in the BOI Credit Officer exam 2024 will be bilingual i.e. English and Hindi.
