Educational Criteria

In order to be eligible for Bank of India Credit Officer recruitment 2024, you need to have a bachelor’s degree (Graduate) in any discipline. Further details on BOI Credit Officer eligibility criteria 2024 is given below.

Credit Officers (GBO – JMGS-I)
  • A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
  • The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online
IT Officer (Specialist in JMGS-I)
  • a) 4 year Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation OR
  • b) A graduate degree in any discipline AND Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & nstrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications OR
  • c) A Graduate degree in any discipline AND having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level

Note: You must note that 59.99% will not be considered as 60% and 54.99% will not be considered as 55%. 

Age Criteria

There are certain BOI Credit Officer 2024 eligibility criteria that need to be fulfilled by you. If you fail to fulfil these criteria your candidature will be cancelled.   • Minimum Age - 20 years
  • Maximum Age - 29 years

Age Relaxation

Upper age relaxation is given to you if you belong to reserved category. This age relaxation further varies within the reserved category. If you are claiming age relaxation you need to produce the valid documents as and when asked by the bank. There is no reservation for ex-servicemen in Officers Cadre. Also, candidates coming under the creamy layer are not entitled to any such concession in the BOI Credit Officer exam 2024.
