(i) मैट्रिक या उसकी समतुल्य या उससे उच्चतर परीक्षा हिंदी के साथ उत्तीर्ण कर ली है (ii) केन्द्रीय सरकार की हिंदी शिक्षण योजना के अंतर्गत आयोजित प्राज्ञ परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर ली है (iii) केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा उस निमित विनिर्दिष्ट कोई अन्य परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर ली है (iv) मैट्रिक परीक्षा या उसकी समतुल्य या उससे उच्चतर कोई परीक्षा हिन्दी के माध्यम से उत्तीर्ण कर ली हैSolution
