    Solution

    Only a few Plate are Cups → Some Plate are Cups (I) and Some Plate are not Cups (O). Hence conclusion I does not follow. Some Bowl are Plate (I) + [All Spoon are Plate (A)] → Some Plate are Spoon (I) →  No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow.
