      Solution

      Only a few Goal is Objective (I) + No Objective is Vision (E) → Some Goal is not Vision (O). Hence conclusion I does not follow. Only a few Goal is Objective → Some Goal is not Objective (O). Hence conclusion II follows. Some Mission  is Goal (I) + Only a few Goal is Objective (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion III does not follow.
