    Solution

    Few inside is around (I) + All around is opposite (A) → Some inside is opposite (I). Hence conclusion I follows. Mostly outside is inside (I) + Few inside is around (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow. Mostly outside is inside (I) + Few inside is around (I) → Probable conclusion → Some outside is around (I) + All around is opposite (A) → Probable conclusion →  All opposite can be outside (A). Hence conclusion III follows.
