    Solution

    No Bracelet is Earring (E) → Conversion → No Earring is Bracelet (E) + Some Bracelets are Necklaces (I) → Some Necklaces are not Earrings (O*) → Probable conclusion → All Earrings can be Necklaces (A). Hence conclusion I and III follow. All Rings are Bracelets (A) + No Bracelet is Earring (E) → No Ring is Earring (E) → Conversion →   Some Rings are not Earrings (O). Hence conclusion II follows.
