    Solution

    Only Balloon are Circus → All Circus are Balloon and Circus cannot have any positive relation with anyone. Hence conclusion I does not follow. All Joker are Balloon (A) + No Balloon are Hunter (E) → No Joker is Hunter (E). Hence conclusion II does not follow.
