    Solution

    No Cable is Hub (E) + All Hub is Bug (A) → Some Bug are not Cable (O). Hence conclusion I follows. No Cable is Hub (E) → Conversion → No Hub is Cable (E). Hence conclusion II does not follow. Only Cable is Wire → All Wire are Cable and Cable cannot have positive relation with anyone. Hence conclusion III does not follow.
