    Solution

    No Down is Shut (E) + Only a few Shut is Menu (I) → Some Menu is not down (O*) → Probable conclusion →   Some Menu may be down (I). Hence conclusion I does not follow. Only a few Tool is Down (I) + No Down is Shut (E) → Some Tool is not Shut (O). Hence conclusion II does not follow.
