    Some Chapter is Topic (I) + Only a few Topic is Paragraph (I) → Probable conclusion → Some Chapter can be Paragraph (I). Hence conclusion I follows.

    No Subject is Chapter (E) + Some Chapter is Topic (I) → Some Topic is not Subject (O*). Hence conclusion II follows.
