Statements:

No kite is a thread.

A few threads are needles.

Only needles are sticks.

Solution

Only needles are sticks → All sticks are needles and sticks cannot have positive relation with anyone. Hence conclusion I does not follow. No kite is a thread (E) + A few threads are needles (A) → Some needles are not kites (O*). Hence conclusion II does not follow.
