None of the answer is reason (E) + No reason is application (E) → Probable conclusion → Some answers may be applications (I). Hence conclusion I follows. Only a few solutions is answer (I) + None of the answer is reason (E) → Some solutions are not reasons (O). Hence conclusion II does not follow.
