In each question below are given two statements followed by two conclusions numbered I and II. You have to take the two given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance with commonly known facts and then decide which of the given conclusions logically follows from the two given statements, disregarding commonly known facts. 
    A If only conclusion I follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
    B If only conclusion II follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
    C If either I or II follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
    D If neither I nor II follows Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

    Solution

    A + I = No conclusion. Hence, neither conclusion I nor II will follow. However, Conclusion I and II make a complementary pair, hence, either conclusion I or II will follow.
