      Solution

      All Shirts are Pants (A) + No Pant is a Shoe (E) → No Shirt is a Shoe (E). Hence conclusion I follows. All Shirts are Pants (A) → Conversion → Some Pants are Shirts (I). Hence conclusion II follows.
