      Solution

      Some Flight are Ticket (I) + No Ticket is a Memo (E) → Some Flight are not Memo (O). Hence conclusion I follows. All Books are Flights (A) + Some Flight are Ticket (I) →   No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow.
