    Ritu is sitting exactly at the centre of the row. Tani is sitting to the immediate right and immediate left of Simi and Ritu, respectively. This means Simi at the extreme left end of the row. Since, Qittu is not sitting at the extreme end, so Qittu will occupy the 2nd position from the right end and Pinku will sit at the extreme right end.   Final arrangement is shown below. From above, it is clear that Ritu is sitting second to the left of Pinku. Hence, the correct answer is (B).
