From (i), if A sits at place no 1, the person who speaks Bengali will sit at place no. 4. From (ii), since, neither E nor G is an immediate neighbour of A, it is clear that E and G cannot sit at place no. 2 and 8. Also neither of them speaks Bengali, so they cannot sit at place no. 4.
