R lives one floor above the floor on which Q lives. U lives with Q who lives two floors below S. Q lives on the second floor. T lives in flat 2 of the first floor. V lives on the third floor but not in flat 1. W does not live on the fourth floor but in flat 1. Q lives in even numbered flat. P and R live in flat 1 but on different floors.
