 R1 was second to the left of Q1 but to the immediate right of A1. This implies the arrangement as => A1 – R1 – ? – Q1  There was one jet between B1 and P1, which means the last fighter plane must be to the immediate right of Q1.  Also, B1 is not at any of the ends, means B1 is between R1 and Q1. Final arrangement is shown below: It is clear from above arrangement that A1 was at the extreme left end. Hence correct answer is (A).
