From statement I alone, B lives three floors below A. As many persons live below B as above C. D lives three floors below C. Only one person lives between D and E. H lives one floor above G. F doesn't live on a prime numbered floor. We get: 
G lives on 2nd floor. So, data given in statement I alone is sufficient to answer the question. From statement II alone, F doesn't live on the topmost floor. C lives one floor above E. More than four persons live below E. Only one person lives between D and E. As many persons live below D as above A. H lives two floors above B. G lives below H. More than one person lives between B and A. We get: Â G lives on 2nd floor. So, data given in statement II alone is sufficient to answer the question. Therefore, data given either in statement I alone or in statement II alone is sufficient to answer the question.
