    Question

    If  A = B, C ≥ D, A < D  and   E > B , then which

of the following conclusion is true?
    A E > C Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
    B B = D Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
    C D > E Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
    D B < C Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

    Solution

    C ≥ D > A = B < E,          ∴ No relationship cannot be established between E and C.  Hence option 1 is incorrect . C ≥ D > A = B < E,          ∴ D > B.  Hence option 2 is incorrect. C ≥ D > A = B < E,          ∴ No relationship cannot be established between D and E.  Hence option 3 is incorrect . C ≥ D > A = B < E,          ∴ C > B.  Hence option 4 is correct.
