    Given statement: A ≤ O = Z ≤ Q = B, V < U ≤ Z = D ≥ S Combined statement:  A ≤ O = Z = D ≥ S, B = Q ≥ Z ≥ U > V, A ≤ O = Z = D ≥ S For conclusion I - B ≤ U, as B ≥ U, it doesn’t follow.  For conclusion II - B > V, it follows. For conclusion III - A ≥ S, there is no relation between A and S, it doesn’t follows.
