Priyank was born on 31st December as he was born on odd number date after 29.
Number of days between the two dates 29 th August – 30 th December = 3 + 30 + 31+ 30 + 31 = 125
Number of odd days = 125/7 = 5 remainder.
So, day on which Umesh’s birthday i.e., = Saturday + 5 = Thursday.
