Let the length and speed of train be ‘l’ metres and ‘x’ m/s, respectively.
Then, according to question,
(l + 360)/24 = (l + 540)/33
11l + 3960 = 8l + 4320
3l = 360
l = 120 metres
x = (l + 360)/24 = 480/24 = 20 m/s = 20×(18/5) = 72 km/h
