    Let the train will meet ‘t’ hours after the train from station Q started Distance travelled by train started from station P = 75 x 36/60 km Distance travelled by train started from station Q = (75 + 100) x t km Total distance between station P and Q = 570 km Now, 75 x (36/60) + (75 + 100) x t = 570 ⇒ 45 + 175t = 570 ⇒ 175t = 570 – 45 = 525 ⇒ t = 525/175 = 3 hours Distance travelled by train starting from station P at all meeting point = 45 + 75 x 3 = 270km
