ATQ, Let the efficiency of a man and a woman be 'M' and 'W' units/day respectively. We have, 20M × 24 = 40W × 24 So, 20M = 40W Or, (M/W) = (40/20) = 2 Required difference = {(2 - 1) /(2 + 1) } × 12000 = (1/3) × 12000 = Rs. 4,000
