    Solution

    Compound Interest received = 2800 × {1 + (20/100)}2 – 2800 = 2800 × (12/10)2 – 2800 = 4032 – 2800 = Rs. 1232 Simple interest received = 1232 × 3 × 25 ÷ 100 = Rs. 924
