So, cost price of the product for Sanjana = 100x X 1.2 = Rs. '120x'.
Profit made by Neha = 120x - 100x = Rs. 20x.
Cost price of the product for Meera = 120x + 20x = Rs. 140x.
So, cost price of the product for Priya = 140x X 1.6 = Rs. 224x.
So, required % = {(224x - 100x)/100x} X 100 = 124%.
