Length of the box = 1.6m = 160cm Breadth of the box = 90cm Height of the box = 60cm The volume of the box = 1xbxh = 160 × 90 × 60 = 864000cm3 Length of a soap cake = 6cm Breadth of a soap cake = 5cm Height of a soap cake = 40mm = 4cm Volume of one soap cake = 6 x 5 x 4 = 120cm3 = volume of the box/volume of one soap cake = 864000/120 = 7200 Hence, 7200 soap cakes can be placed in the box.
