B 16.67% Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C 5% Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D 8.33% Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

      Solution

      Let, income of A, B and C is Rs. a, Rs. b and Rs. c respectively. According to question, a = 1.2b And, c = 0.5 × (a + b)
      = 0.5 × (1.2b + b)
      = 0.5 × 2.2b
      = 1.1b So, c/a = 1.1b/1.2b = 0.9167 So, income of C is 8.33% less than income of A.
