A 40% Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
B 16.67% Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C 25% Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D 33.33% Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

      Solution

      Let, income of A, B and C is Rs. a, Rs. b and Rs. c respectively. According to question, a = 1.5b And, c = 0.4 × (a + b)
      = 0.4 × (1.5b + b)
      = 0.4 × 2.5b
      = 1b So, c/a = b/1.5b = 0.6667 So, income of C is 33.33% less than income of A.
