    ‘s’ is 60 more than ‘r’, find the value of (2r – s)
A 10 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
B 35 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C 60 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D 32 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
E None of these Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

    Solution

    According to the question, 0.45r + 0.55s = 180…….. (1) And, s – r = 60……. (2) On solving equation (1) and (2), we get r = 120 and s = 180 Therefore, (2r – s) = 240 – 180 = 60
