Number of managers in 2022 = 6000 − 4200 = 1800
Number of engineers in 2023 = 4200 × 1.20 = 5040
Number of managers in 2023 = 1800 × 0.90 = 1620
Total employees in 2023 = 5040 + 1620 = 6660
Percentage change = ((6660 − 6000)/6000) × 100 = 11%
