Rohan joins him with an investment of Rs.P. If at the end of the year the profit is Rs.54000 and profit share of Raj is Rs.36000. Find the value of P.Solution
Profit ratio of Raj and Rohan = 36000 x 12 : P x 8 = 54000:P According to the question, => 54000/P = 36000/(54000 – 36000) => P = Rs.27000
