    Check divisibility by 4 and 3.

    Last two digits: ‘q0’ ⇒ q = 0, 2, 4, 6, 8

    Maximum q = 8

    Sum = 2 + p + 6 + 1 + 8 + 8 + 0 = 25 + p

    25 + p divisible by 3 → p = 2, 5, 8

    Max p = 8

    Max (p + q) = 8 + 8 = 16
